I had a great experience with my service I got my thermostat replaced and air filter replaced price was very low for the service I would highly recommend using peppers heating and air I give them a 5 star for their service.
They replaced my 1.5 year old AC air handler under warranty (parts only). Quoted a price that included full replacement of refrigerant, 12 pounds, about $1100 just refrigerant. Service tech recovered 11 pounds and reused it. Peppers refused to credit me saying they didn’t care, the quote is the price. Too bad. Making sure my friends know about it. I will say they have nice trucks.
Daniel H. called ahead, showed up on time, and was courteous. He got our AC fixed in no time. If I have any more HVAC issues, I'll be calling Peppers again.
Used to be a good company. 10 plus years ago. Now they’re awful. Paid 16k for two new units and we have had nothing but issues - incompetent and flawed installation. Awful technicians. But whoa they want you to sign up for their “service plan” that guarantees year round income for them but still fails to properly maintain your units. Skip these guys. Find someone else. 100%
