Used to be a good company. 10 plus years ago. Now they’re awful. Paid 16k for two new units and we have had nothing but issues - incompetent and flawed installation. Awful technicians. But whoa they want you to sign up for their “service plan” that guarantees year round income for them but still fails to properly maintain your units. Skip these guys. Find someone else. 100%
So my unit went out just as the sun went down. House got to 84 and my daughters were hotter than a habanero in a wool sock. Called around and the earliest I could get someone out was 2-3 days. Until I called Air Georgia that is. Very next morning I was contacted by a young lady in the office and scheduled for the afternoon. My experience with Peppers was outstanding in all respects. Everything was fast and professional while still friendly and comfortable. I had to get a complete heat pump replacement. The time from finding out this was necessary to complete installation was just a few days. The installation went fast and they constantly cleaned up their mess. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with this unfortunate experience. Everyone involved was outstanding and it made it a lot easier to deal with the unexpected expense.
