My experience with Peppers was outstanding in all respects. Everything was fast and professional while still friendly and comfortable. I had to get a complete heat pump replacement. The time from finding out this was necessary to complete installation was just a few days. The installation went fast and they constantly cleaned up their mess. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with this unfortunate experience. Everyone involved was outstanding and it made it a lot easier to deal with the unexpected expense.
Peppers Heating and Air were quick about coming to investigate my issue. They were on-time and courteous. My problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly.
Thomas did a great job very informative very professional and very knowledgeable. I will recommend Peppers and Thomas to anybody. Thank you for the great work. I am very appreciative.
I needed Peppers to come out to see why my air conditioner wasn’t cooling the upper level of my house. They immediately answered me and texted me the name of the tech they would be sending then gave me a time. Thomas called before coming to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived and diagnosed the problem. He was very courteous and well-mannered. I won’t trust any other Company for my heating and air conditioner. PEPPERS ARE THE BEST!!
