Peppers Heating & Air did an outstanding job for my family. My mom suffers from severe allergies, so we needed our air ducts thoroughly cleaned. They sent out a technician named Mike, and he was phenomenal. His professionalism, attention to detail, and A1 service truly stood out. He took the time to make sure everything was done right and treated our home with care. I highly recommend Peppers Heating & Air to anyone in need of HVAC work. If you get the chance to work with Mike, you’ll be in great hands.
My elderly parents, dad is a heart patient, called the day before the 4th of July because their air quit working. Was charged double service fee for someone just to come out because it was considered a holiday, Tech gets there and does nothing basically but try to sell a new system for $22,000. He left them with no air & it’s 100 degrees outside. We had to call another company in Covington, they didn’t double charge for holiday service call and when they left my parents had air! Was told between 12-4, Daniel was here at 10. Very courteous and knowledgeable young man. I highly recommend them and will call them again if needed. Scheduling the service was very easy and the customer service associate was super friendly.( Sorry I forgot her name)
