Hostess sat us in the bar section (which is also just the right side of the restaurant). Before we could even give a drink order, we were being told we had to move because they don’t allow kids. We’ve sat in that section dozens of times with no issues. (including the night before!) There was a gentleman at the table next to us with a child also. That didn’t seem to be an issue, just my family. Manager was extremely rude, hateful and aggressive. She treated us so terribly that another customer near us walked out. This was my ... read more
Never been disappointed! Love there food. Great service!
Sat for 15 minutes tonight and no one even looked at us much less took any portion of an order. No need to ever to go to a place with customer service that crappy. It was NOT busy either.
My husband and I ate at Pepper's for our first wedding anniversary in 2014. I ordered the Escargot appetizer and ribeye steak, which were good. About 4:00 the next morning I got violently sick with food poisoning from the canned Escargot!
the manager is creepy...he always appears drunk. the servers do not look happy to work there. food is not worth it. not friendly to seniors or military
