TL;DR: This place is NOT worth it. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to live. Exterior View: 3/10 -- I had a South-facing window so my apartment got plenty of natural sunlight, but the abandoned strip mall to the South is decrepit and had busted parking lot lights that would strobe my windows at night. Not much in the way of natural beauty either. Interior Layout: 5/10 -- Not terrible, had 740 sqft of room and made the best of it.
