We have been bringing our dogs to PVH for 23 years and feel extremely comfortable there. Dr. Flanagan is excellent with them and is patient and compassionate.
My parents started taking our pets to Pepperell Veterinary Hospital when we moved to Pepperell in 1984 so when I decided to settle in Pepperell as an adult I didn't think twice about bringing my pets to PVH. You can't go wrong with any of the doctors there, but I usually request Dr. Berkowitz.
Pepperell Veterinary Hospital is great. Very responsive to calls and quick to get you in when you have an illness/injury that needs attention. Thanks Dr. Berkowitz and Dr. Dow for all your great attention.
We have taken all our pets to Pepperell Veterinary Hospital since moving to Pepperell in 1998. All of the staff is professional, courteous and compassionate. We especially like working with Dr. Flannagan. We have recommended PVH to friends who have moved to the area, and they too have become satisfied clients.
I know that whatever issue my furry kids bring they will be seen in a timely manner and all my options will be addressed.

We all think veterinary clinics just help animals but not the case. We are from Kansas City, MO headed to NH when our child got sick in the backseat of the car. They were extremely friendly. They gave us cleaning supplies, bottled water and a towel for the road. So thankful they were there to help us.
