I recently visited Pepperell Nail and Spa, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The environment was also excellent—clean, beautifully decorated, and relaxing. Jenny is awesome! She’s kind, always makes sure you like what she’s doing, and my nails after always look pretty. Depending on the day, it’s not easy to get a same day appt with her, so recommend calling ahead.

Very nice and clean place, but the bigger Spanish lady thought she could cut me 3 times, skimp on the massage and THEN talk about me in Spanish to her friend that also works there. She told her friend doing my service sucked, and I didn’t even do anything. I kinda just sat there awkwardly because I knew what she said. You shouldn’t assume someone does or doesn’t speak a certain language, or at least wait until your customer is out of the door before you start talking badly about them. Won’t be going back.
