Urban industrial apartments with a Brooklyn feel. Walking distance to the business I own. The Mills is the center of this community. I live in a 5th floor luxury corner unit. Management is always on point. Five stars.
Not only is Courtney kind, Informative, helpful, and beautiful! she made the whole loft showing as easy and honest as can be! The staff goes above and beyond!
I’m gonna break this into a few parts: Firstly, the disproportionately high rent increases over the short period I have resided here have been quite alarming. These increases have not been accompanied by any significant improvements to the property. This leads me to question the justification for such substantial hikes in rent.
