What a fun evening. Since our grandson was out of town for his birthday we celebrated tonight at Pepperbellys. We all loved our food. Much better than the chain Mexican restaurants. The chips and salsa bar were a hit with the guys. The kids thought it was funny being built into the engine compartment of a real truck. Then the bed was turned with the soda bar on the tailgate. I love the "Scottrods" enchiladas!!! Yummy
It was much better before they changed the recipes and the menu. My husband used to love the shredded beef but the new recipe isn't nearly as good. The new salsa bar has strange stuff too. One of my kids said her burrito tasted like feet! (How she knows what feet taste like I'll never know?). We were regulars before the change but probably won't be anymore.
