This PEPPER VINER property has been the worst quality build I have ever seen/witnessed in my lifetime. Not only has Pepper Viner blown several possible closing dates but they have no care or concern toward the completion or consideration of others. They have been non-existent in customer service and project management overall is extremely poor. I have no idea how they price the properties but they literally use the cheapest materials!
