I lived here for a few years in a 2bed 2bath. Pros: Best price available in the area, a lot of space for the price, fireplace, balcony, safe neighborhood. Cons: Hallway always smells like cigarette smoke, laundry is in the basement (you pay with quarters), they are old school with paper checks to pay rent and paper maintenance requests. Lastly. the window AC barely worked even though it was replaced before we moved in. It was SO HOT in the summer. Overall not bad at all for the price they are offering!
Nice & Quiet! Price was great, especially when being single and raising kids. Maintenance was Always timely IF any issues occurred. Neighbors were great...IF I didn't need a larger place I would still be there!
