Trash area is always overflowing or filthy with trash scattered everywhere. Kids run around at night near the pool area, rip up plants and bricks nearby to throw on stairs and front doors. There used to be a rule about having dogs under a certain weight now for some reason big ruthless killer Pit bulls are allowed to be near other small safe dogs that lived here long before them. I moved in here a few months ago and I love it! I love the neighborhood. The property is well taken care of. Management always seems to be doing some type of up grades to the property. They provide a dog station with bags on a very well kept manicured grass. I would Definitely recommend Hoban Management! My friend lives at one of their sister properties. That is how I heard about them.
Manager is a nosey woman. She's prejudice against black men and if she has something against you (due to jealousy) she'll have the neighbors spy and report to her. Straight Wrong.
