Horrible management service! Melissa, the owner is a cheat. Very poor communication, never return calls. The number leads to voice mail all the time. Text communication is mostly her formula, unless you like that. She makes up excuses instead of finding solutions. Beware of dealing business with her. Unless you want to have headaches and loose sleep at night, go take a gamble. Over promise and under deliver to get your business. Be warned! If I could rate the service as a zero, I would.
Very disappointed in quality of rental and prices are higher than others. And lady is not understanding with my concerns.
I used Pepper Tree for 3 months. This was the best experience I have EVER had with a property management company. Melissas property was stunning! We felt as if it was our actual home. Extremely well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. I absolutely recommend her for your short term needs.
We had an awesome time staying with pepper tree, they did great job taking care of us. Nothing better than start your vacation with a fresh and clean house. Their personal is very professional and cleaned the house very well. We appreciate your services.
