Pepper Tree Estates is a lousy mobile home park. Most of the tenants are rude, loud and have no respect for the other tenants living there. The manager Carol is a mean and nasty person that finds joy in harassing the older tenants. She thinks that she can do anything she wants and makes up her own rules for the park. She should be fired and sued for the way she treats the tenants at Pepper Tree Estates. I would not recommend the park to my dog only because of her.
