Bad. Owners are very cheap about repairing or replacing anything in the apartment. The owners are also very unprofessional and rude. They’ve argued with me back and forth over the phone multiple times. No professional customer service what so ever. The owners are this rinky dink little white family that lives in canyon that think very highly of themselves. They also have one of their sons living in one of the units and the kid thinks he can park however he wants with out regard to other tenant parking. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MON... read more
