Para empezar estos apartamentos son un lugar familiar. Si no quieres ruido estos apartamentos no son para ti. Aquí los niños juegan y la gente sale a platicar o hacer bbq. Pero estos apartamentos van de mal en peor. Ya tenemos meses sin mánager. Nomas vienen a cobrarnos la renta y se van. do not rent here -roach, bat, and pigeon infested -repair requests are never completed -mostly all ceilings leak unless you live in the apts that burned down before. -windows suck so all the rain comes inside -mold all they do when you place a complaint is paint over it -pool is closed -kids park is old broken and the sand full of cat poop -laundry room filthy nobody cleans it -no cameras provided by facility my car was broken into Ask the other tenants they will agree

Do not recommend. Recently there was a fire incident and nothing was done to help the tenants who were left homeless. Place takes FOREVER to repair anything. The park for the kids is completely beat up. It is full of tagging and it's falling apart. No handicapped parking. It's now marked, but not respected tenants park there even though they are not handicapped.
