The property is always clean and well maintained. Brandi is easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. Tony the maintenance man is always helpful.

One of the worst apartments ever according to the management laws of this complex. If you have kids please never move in here. Very strict rules for families. Your kids will not be able to play outside even on the balcony. Rent is high no remodeling units are very old.
We stayed in the townhouse for about 6 months. Certainly a best place to stay for the price since its the lowest around Fremont downtown as most of the retail outlets, restaraunts, schools are closeby. Maintainance can be improved including the laundry. The leasing manager Ana was very helpful for us at all the times and was very much responsive over the email. Never intended to leave this review but after we left the complex, manager called us to leave a review so here is an HONEST review after living here in one bedroom apartment as well as in townhouse: One star JUST for lowest rent in fremont for this much space. Forget about getting the deposit back no matter how clean and perfect you left the apartment. Its nearly impossible to reach out to management, almost always you coordinate through voicemails!
