Loved the guy who helped me out in understanding the catalog and absolutely loved trying out all the different products!! Kudos to the business owners. The only critique would be of the lady staff who seemed indifferent about any customer coming in or out. Still a great experience though!!
We walked into the pepper palace and the lady at the counter did not say hello, did not greet us ,did not talk to us the entire time we were in the store We have stopped in here multiple times and purchased items. Normally someone makes a suggestion or assess how we like something if you're sampling the items they will even come-from-behind the counter and speak to you. Helpful staff! Great variety! Samples!!! Being able to try the sauces is huge plus!!
Lots of unique items friendly staff
I went in Pepper Palace for the 1st time and I was absolutely amazed, I felt like a kid in a candy store. All those different sauces that you can try!! I did buy 3 and got 1 free!! This sauce will be used on my air fried wings and I will be going back for more!! Ohh and the employee was awesome, she was very helpful!!
