In the N345 location on the 3rd floor there was a worker named Thomas who was incredible the entire time. He walked us through all of the products and was patient while we took our time sampling. Im not sure if anyone actually reads these but that man definitely deserves some kind of accommodation for his work.
Love going to the Pepper Palace to try some sauces and pick up new ones! Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Even if you only remotely like hot sauce, you’ll find one you like here.
Great location which makes me miss the Pepper Palace I used to have at home in Grapevine Mills. But make no mistake, no matter the location, the workers are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about sauces and will never steer you wrong. Be sure to take advantage of the specials they run to get some free bottles. The open sampling also helps you to pick the perfect sauces. Ghost Mustard is a must if you want major flavor with a major kick!
Thank you Bruce for you fire service bro, got me to try all your sauces and me Rovy and Audric had such a good day after building up each sauce. 10/10 would come again!
