I lived here for one year. Rosemary, the property manager, is a really nice person. Pros: Relatively close to campus, Fair rent price (includes electricity and internet), Bike storage room, Quick maintenance service, Clean shared laundry facilities, Exceptionally nice property manager, Fair in returning one-month deposit.
