I called Pepper HVAC on a Saturday night when our A/C went out. Bob squeezed us in on Sunday morning first thing since we were having a birthday celebration that day and because there was rain for the next 3 days in the forecast and he was going to be working on the outside unit. Before you spend thousands with a large HVAC company, call Bob. I've had other HVAC companies tell me that my A/C or furnace was effectively totaled and quote me thousands to replace them. I called Bob, and he was able to do routine maintenance to get everything back to nominal condition. He's one of the few left that care about maintaining your equipment instead of trying to sell you something new.
