I have lived at Pepper Cove for about 2 years now and I am so pleased living here. The office staff are extremely kind, responsive and helpful. Shoutout to Alejandra and Chris! The maintenance staff are very quick and knowledgeable. Paul is the best! Although the units are not the most modern on the market, the property is always well maintained and manicured. We recently moved out after living at Pepper Cove for almost 10 years only because we purchased our own home. We truly loved and enjoyed our time living here. While the community isn’t brand new, it has always been very well maintained, and management consistently worked on improvements and upgrades around the property and inside the units as tenants moved out. Terrible experience with leasing office. Alejandra dragged us through the approval process for a month. Ended up paying around $600 for application fees which we never received back. Then before even being approved she made us provide over $1100 in deposit fees. I took a week off work to plan move and same week other lease was ending. She completely ignored my emails and calls.
