Your driver (truck pu360) needs a refresher course in traffic safety. I was tailgaited all the way down US 19. The driver had plenty of opportunities to pass but chose to continue to tailgate. I wasn't going slower than the speed limit either. This was also at 5:15am so traffic wasn't heavy.
