John had a great deal of HVAC background knowledge... He had my unit back in an heartbeat and informed me on what was the matter with it... He was very helpful and quite a gentleman. I recommend them highly.
My dryer needed tuning in the recent past and the airflow is much better. All the loose parts were quickly attended to. Nice to know it is safer as well. Would surely reach out again in case I require additional work!
