we were charged 275 dollars for a 30 dollar part and when we couldn't pay the 400 dollar bill that day, the repair men refused to give me an invoice or bill of any kind and refused to leave my house. they told us that the front office told them they weren't allowed to leave until they got their payment, it was, honestly, terrifying.

The customer was told how much the repair was before the work was performed. We do not sell parts, we sell repairs. So, the quoted repair is inclusive for particular equipment failure. The customer authorized the technician to perform the repair but wanted to be billed out. We do not bill out. We collect before we leave the property, or we remove the repairs performed. They are a horrible company. ******* is a the most dishonest person I have ever spoken with and **** will perform work without permission and a force you to pay. They take advantage of customers during a emergency service. I highly recommend against them.
First they lied to us by telling us that we were required to have their annual maintenance contract in order for the warranty on our HVAC system to be valid. Then they price gouged us by charging $160 for a $12 dollar part that took less than 15 minutes to install. They ended up charging us $300 for the $12 part.

We did not lie to anyone. Maintenance is required per the Manufacturer.
