Everyone was great. My only issue was the sedative was not effective on me. Even though they used more for the second eye it still did not have any effect. The operations were uncomfortable though not painful. During my first visit I did wait over two hours between having my eyes measured and seeing Dr. Pepose and then one hour from seeing Dr. Pepose and seeing the surgery coordinator. Procedure was extremely efficent, I was in and out, and recovery was not bad at all for having it done on one eye. Only complaint was since the surgery my eye the Lasik was performed on has not seem to have gotten any better by any means, possibly worse in terms of seeing. However the two Pros from the surgery is i no longer get headaches or have night issues driving with car lights, etc.
Cataract surgery on the other eye. Went very well. The whole process went as well as it could Excellent care in pre op from Brenda really stood out.
I had Intralase surgery performed on both eyes. The procedure from start to finish was very professional, I felt very comfortable, and there were no major post-op complications (yet). I was a bit concerned with the billing process, as I told that I would not be able to get the surgery if I did not pay upfront. Although the medical staff is very good here, I think the billing department could be improved, as I have seen similar complaints from other patients online.

Dr. Pepose was so nice and sweet! I as very happy with him. Most all the nurses and support staff was very nice as well. I only had one run in with a nurse giving me an eye exam whom was rather pushy and not understanding of my discomfort. I did complain to another staff member about this issue. I was also disappointed to here that a discount is given to Doctors but not nurses.
I had cataract surgery. It was fast and fairly easy. All the people were very polite and nice. The only thing that was disconcerting was that I felt like I was in an assembly line.
Procedure was great. It would be nice if the charges were given to you itemized right away when paying the bill.
Never discussed were my near and far focal points will be, And I never thought to ask. I had bi focus lasik surgery.
