On 6/27/25 they did a diagnostic on our Cadillac and determined the radio needed to be replaced. Waited 2 weeks for the part too come in only to be told the part was "defective ". Decided to take it to Harvey Cadillac where they replaced the radio. Only it wasn't the radio! Pepinos diagnostic was wrong and they refused to stand by it! We paid Harvey Cadillac for a radio we didnt need. Pepinos charged us $135 for a diagnostic that was incorrect. We will NEVER return.

This place is great…. Highly recommend to anyone I had 2 cars repaired here I would definitely go back in the future for any repairs AAAA PLUS!!!!
