I had bought from Pepe Tools in the past. I had never had a problem with them until my last order that was sizeable. I talked to the president, Tony, before I ordered the Intelligent Plating system. I ordered a Haymaker Saw from the Pepetools web site. The item was not listed as backordered and I paid for three-day shipping. A day later I received an email saying they were running behind and to be patient. Given the pandemic, this seemed reasonable, but after three weeks, I contacted customer service for an update. I sent three messages before I received a text that said it will ship “next week,” which appeared to mean another 2-7 days.
