This place is horrible they take cars and don't see that a car in the driveway was in a accident and the person who hit it was there looking at the car and talking to the person who he wanted to see the problems and as they talk the towing comes and takes the car it was there for 15 minutes with broken back part and they tow it.

I would like to acknowledge Abraham who helped me recover my stolen car. I drove from Costa Mesa to Ontario not knowing what to expect. He was so kind and lovely to me. He was so busy with people and phone calls , but kept a good attitude and was nice and professional. He made a bad day better. Thank you Abraham . Believe this company is towing cars at random. They provide no authorization notices. I saw them this weekend circling a few streets with their flat beds. Now, my car was parked w handicap placards n a fire zone as there was no ADH parking available at the residents where my patient stays.. but my patient had a medical emergency. I ran up for 30 mins ..three story walk up to grab my patient. When I went back to my car it was towed. It was a life threating situation. You can imagine my anguish when I returned to no vehicle.
