Once a month we have a family cousin's luncheon we pick a random place this is our first time choosing Pepe's in Frankfort and there was very little staff for the large group of people that we had It took forever to get drinks and our orders taken and it took forever for us to get our food which making that much food I can understand but by the time we got our plates of food they were barely warm and dry and just very disappointing.
Its good and wasn't crowded
I stop in every now and then when I visit family. Always an option for me because the service is good and the food is always hot and fresh. Nice bar as well. Always taken care of when I come in :)
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Pepe’s. I watched a woman peacefully sitting and reading her Bible while having chips and salsa, only to be charged for it. Chips and salsa are usually offered as a courtesy in Mexican restaurants, and to see someone nickel-and-dimed in that way was both shocking and disappointing. It gave the impression that customers aren’t valued, only their wallets. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend a place that treats people this way.
