The best mexican food I've had in Jacksonville – This place defines hole in the wall, locals only restaurant. It was FANTASTIC! Hands down, the best Mexican we've had since moving here a year ago. We were the only people in the whole restaurant that looked like they spoke English as a first language (which told us we were in the right place).
