I had a problem to address with my account today. I am happy to report that the customer service at Pepco WaterShed was great!! There wasn't any wait. The Pepco representative was knowledgeable - she listened to my issue. and quickly addressed and resolved it.
There should be more available customer services representatives for quick questions. If they could also upgrade to a live agent via chat that would reduce the amount of calls through the call center. Sometimes you don't want to speak with anyone and a quick chat.
