Will never go back to them again. They ripped off an under carriage off under my car and claimed it was never there. Another shop showed me the bolts still intact.
Took my car here for an oil leak fix. They had my car over than what they told me, I had to contact them multiple times for a date and they kept saying the next day. I paid a very large amount, and got my car after a week and a half. I drove my car about a day and a half before my temperature gauge went out, it wasn't happening before. Great service and quick! Took great care of my vehicle and got 4 new tires put on in a timely matter. My only complaint is that all 4 wheels are missing the air valve caps...
I have used Pep Boys for years across a half dozen vehicles and they always provide the service you would expect and they never suggest or do anything without first calling and getting approval.
