The store manager on park ave. Lee Gaston is very professional. He listens and keeps you calm. He is very patient and helpful. He made my visit very welcoming. I will not be going back to the Shelby drive location very rude and unprofessional whoever the guy was at the front desk on 9/21 around 4.
I worked with Chris who went above and beyond. It was late when I arrived but Chris stayed to do what was needed and was always very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Chris and Pep Boys
another five star review — was here not too long ago and decided to get another tire to match the one I just got lee was very helpful! sat in the lounge and got some chips and a water while they worked on replacing my tire — highly recommend
Great customer services provided by the team, especially during a last minute emergency before closing time!! Prices were okay, however it was the only store open on a late Sunday. Mr. Lee G. at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure i was on the road minutes before store closure! Positive attitude and services! Thank you team in a time of need
Brought in a hertz rental car in for a tire and wipers which required approval from hertz at 11am after getting a voucher from hertz for repairs they called pep boys to make sure they could get it done same day without an appointment the clerk Johnathan told them he could get the car in and had what was needed to do repair I pulled up to the repair shop less then 30mins later the clerk didn’t inform me it would take 2 hour for repair I had to ask and decided to leave the car called back to shop about 1:30pm and was informed ... read more
