Showed up at 7:45am for an 8am appointment. Was told that there were three others ahead of me because there technician was an hour late. Rescheduled for tomorrow when I'm told there is a "more reliable technician". We shall see how that goes. Place opened at 7am and not one car has been touched as of 7:50am.
Had a flat on the way to work. They were quick, extremely nice and courteous. They were swamped but Jeremy still made me feel like I was their only customer. David was amazing as well!
