They rotated the tires only on one side and when I went back the very rude manager would not even come out to see that it was not rotated they had an open bay and could have done the job in 5 minutes but he said that I would have to get another appointment. I do not have that kind of time available, since while the technician was working on my car, spent a minimum of 20 minutes talking to another tech and not working on my car you guys lost a good customer and anybody I know

I had a tuneup and gasket valve replaced 2 months ago from Pep Boys (Cape Coral) and then I had to go back two days later because nobody realized the fact that I had oil leaking all over my engine that they decided not to replace it. I’m just supposed to let this burn off for the next 3 to 4 weeks and any other professional would not clean it off. (Myth) My mini Cooper has now died due to no oil and needing a new gasket valve and the spark plugs are shot, since the oil is all over the engine once again. I’m hopeful there is ... read more

The did an excellent job mounting & balancing my tires !!! They did a very good job & Charged me a third less than the three other tire shops I stopped at first
