When you go to fix an issue in less than a year and a half after they repair your brakes and your rotors they took care of the brakes but they bent the heat shield that’s behind the rotor and now the rotor is being scraped by the heat shield and when I called to tell them about that exact words from the man behind the counter what’s a heat shield so that just goes to show that they don’t have a clue as how to properly fix your vehicle or they created another problem to get more money out of me. Way to go pep boys
Thanks for treating me like I’m an idiot. When my business is done with y’all this time I WONT BE BACK! A simple search told me EXACTLY the tool I needed to remove my battery. Since all cars with matching year, make and model with IDENTICAL SPECS are different and there is NO way to look at your service records since you serviced my car! Whatever. I did a search and know that I need a 10 mm socket, extension bar and a 1/4 in drive socket. You could have done this and saved me a lot of time and yourself a customer.
RecommendedWent in to have my headlights restored. Have a '04 Saturn VUE and the headlights were completely yellowed and fogged up. They completed my vehicle in a timely manner and they have my lights shining bright and clear. l
Rip Off. tried to charge 125 dollars to change a light bulb the literally is like unplugging a lamp, and plugging it back in. and I provide the bulb. another service station down the street did it for free. I questioned pep boys. and was told that is the charge. not including the bulb. no adjustment. for a simple procedure involving no tools or skills. I have done it myself before. terrible.
