I haven’t had an issue with Pepboys until today. I recently had my oil changed back in August with them and me being naive I didn’t think to check it because I’m a reoccurring customer. These individuals stiffed me on oil and to TOP it off I went in there today to get my oil “topped off” yeah, comes to find out they didn’t even put any in there. Never going back.

They done an outstanding job mounting some new tires and wheels for my truck and also aligning the front end after I installed a lift on it. These guys were prompt and done the work right. Alex and his staff are such a pleasure to deal with. From tires and brakes to strut replacement they’ve done it all for me. The Milton staff also caters to the high performance car crowd as well as the aftermarket truck guys. They just installed a leveling kit, Fuel Vandals and 265/60r20 BF Goodrich KO2s on my ‘17 Silverado 1500. It now has a killer stance and drives as smooth as silk. I’ve also had them do oil changes and tire work on my ‘13 Shelby GT500. There’s very few people I’d trust with that car.
Everyone was super friendly, they fixed my car within a short amount of time, and they had great prices !
