RecommendedThe crew here is awesome. I thought I had a huge issue with my Audi and (although they didn’t hear the same noises I heard) it turns out there was no serious issue... they could have had me do “this or that” but they advised against getting anything done today. To long of a wait for a tire issue. Corporate needs to make changes on accommodation for just a tire
After Pep Boys installed a certain size tire on my car 3 months ago, when I returned this week for another, they tell me it’s the wrong size. THEY put this tire on and now they say they’ll prorate the tire they just put on and replace it with the right size? No. Not going back. Just don’t trust them.
Really?!?! I bought 3 tires from here on 1/17 and 1 of the tires keeps going flat that I need to put air in it. I go back to Pep Boys on 1/22 and tell them that I’ve had to put air in it twice already and it keeps going flat and am told that they can’t look at it today and that I need an appointment for them to look at it � But they had no problem selling me 3 tires and installing them with out an appointment but after I just spent over $450 here 5 days ago they wouldn’t even look at the tire they sold me without an appointm... read more
Pep Boys got me in and out with my headlight bulb change. Not a simple task because my car is the kind you have to take the whole assembly out to change the bulb. But the guys there are awesome especially Darren. I remember him from Tires Plus in Williamstown and was so happy to see him again. He is the epitome of customer service and a great asset to Pep Boys. Absolutely a tremendous loss for Tires Plus. Thanks for all of the help!! ��
