Horrible place, horrible service, even worse staff. Rude is an understatement. I called and asked if they do tire patches and was told yes. I told the guy in the phone I’d be there in 10 minutes I’m right down the road and he says ok. I get there and I’m told there is a 3 hour wait, he could have told me that on the phone.. this is not my first bad experience with the rude staff and long waits. SPEND YOUR MONEY LOCAL, screw these bug corperations. They don’t care
PLEASE READ Before I posted a 5 star review talking about how amazing everyone is. Although I can't blame everyone in there this store is full of lying money stealing dishonorable people. I spent $4000 fixing every single little thing on my car having a guarantee it was now in tip top shape. 3 months later car shuts down in the middle of the highway with my BABY in it (which they know about) only to be told by other mechanics the car had engine failure from the start and never should have had anything fixed at all. I was 400 miles away from home and bought a classic cadillac with 20+ year old tires that would not last the the trip home without blow outs. The guys at this pep boys not only got me new tires on the cadillac on a Sunday, they also had hard to find white walls! Thank you guys for all your professional help today. You guys saved me.

I would give the Staten Island Pep Boys on 575 Veterans Road West negative 100 stars, but that is not an option. My son went for an inspection and only after waiting 75 minutes and approaching a worker was he told we'll get to it now. He saw mechanics standing around smoking, was never told there was a wait never mind for more than an hour. And before you ask, no it was not busy. Only one other car there for service.
