Dishonest I was told my vehicle had the same error three times. I brought it to a real repair shop and have not had the error since. A close friend of mine brought their vehicle in for a totally separate problem and was told they had the same issue as me. Each repair was $1,500.00 and ^

My daughter and her boyfriend were making the trip home, a 4 hour drive, and his car began making a noise they couldn't figure out. They stopped into your shop and you took wonderful care of them reattaching a flap. This is the reason we trust Pepboys so much. Thank you for keeping my kids safe <3
Didn’t put oil cap back on lost a quart of oil all over my engine
The staff at this location were informative, courteous, and helpful. Definitely felt like I was being looked after and not being taken advantage of. I had a timeframe and the job was done completely by that time! Also got a heads up on what I needed to do for maintenance upkeep. Will definitely be back for regular upkeep! Thanks guys!
Went there the other day for my power steering they wanted to charge me 633 well I decided to take it elsewhere and turns out the whole problem was a hose and an o ring which costs a whole 20 bucks. Hard to find a good mechanic who knows his stuff and who is not gonna rip you off especially before Christmas. Do not go to Pep boys!!!!
