had them replace my 2 front half shafts a few short months ago...didnt install correctly....last week one of the shafts came completely out of the transmission while driving down 202. Thanks yall, I didn't really want my car to be safe or run correctly anyways! honestly y'all be careful taking your cars to them.
My check engine light came on at 6:30 in the evening as I was taking my kid to an activity. The closest open place was Pep Boys in Totem Lake and they closed at 7. My car was barely running when I pulled in at 6:50. Isabelle and Rob jumped into action and got my car diagnosed. It was just a battery problem and Rob stayed late and got me on my way by 7:20. They really went above and beyond for me.
These guys are super nice they took me last minute and fixed my tire for me!
