Great Customer Service, honest, fast and dependable. Good pricing and offer discounts where applicable to help save you money. They dont over emphasize upsell items and Jason, the assistant manager, has been there for years; he knows his stuff.
I love Pep Boys. They have serviced my sweet, but old ride (2003 lexus SC430) twice and I am extremely pleased. They are always pleasant and the service is fast.

Took the car in for oil change and in return got my sunglasses stolen. Horrible customer service, no follow up call either! Make sure to keep everything out of your car.
Returned a battery we bought there. They could tell it was dead but offered no warranty unless it was in the car. Clearly, you can't drive a car with a dead battery. Even used the loyalty card with purchase of original battery. No help. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money.
