I have been coming to this location for a few years. Victor, The Store Manager. has always been professional, honest, contact all the ways to communicate with me, information about my car. He told me to bring my car in 2-3 weeks to make sure my A/C was performing and working like it should. He worked with Garry J.,the technician, and performed a diagnostic test which was good. Victor was amazing!!!
My AC was not blowing cold air. They charged me for a diagnostic fee, then told me to take my car to the dealership because I needed a new compressor. It ended up that it was not the issue with my car. They not only made wait for double booking me with someone, but also took money from me without fixing anything.
