Our 2004 Honda Odyssey started overheating suddenly. Pulling over safely and stopping the car, we saw cooling fluid on the ground. Had car towed to Pep Boys nearby. Reaching asst mgr Kim right before closing, she explained that the key drop box contains envelopes to put our info on, and the car trouble needing their attention. In the morning, they pinpointed leak at the thermostat, ordered the 2 parts needed, and had all repaired by end of day.
