If it were not for Omari, the front man at the counter, this would be a one Star rating for sure. I’ve been to this location on several occasions and have always dealt with Omari who I give a lot of credit too, as he spends most of his time explaining to people why they received inferior work and trying to keep this location glued together. Brandon was a huge help with my tires and was knowledgeable about different options. I will be back for future services.
They did a good job but they actually cost more than if I had gone to the dealer because the dealer had a coupon and Pep Boys has not had a coupon for oil changes for a few months I was told. I should have asked but a friend got her car fixed there a week before and said they were cheaper than the dealership.
I scheduled an appointment with Pep Boys after confirming over the phone that they had the parts in stock and would be able to service my car. I specifically asked before booking, and was assured everything was available. I rearranged my Saturday to bring the car in—but when I arrived, I was told they didn’t have the parts and couldn’t help me at all. This was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating.
