Brandon was a huge help with my tires and was knowledgeable about different options. I will be back for future services.
They did a good job but they actually cost more than if I had gone to the dealer because the dealer had a coupon and Pep Boys has not had a coupon for oil changes for a few months I was told. I should have asked but a friend got her car fixed there a week before and said they were cheaper than the dealership.
I scheduled an appointment with Pep Boys after confirming over the phone that they had the parts in stock and would be able to service my car. I specifically asked before booking, and was assured everything was available. I rearranged my Saturday to bring the car in—but when I arrived, I was told they didn’t have the parts and couldn’t help me at all. This was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. Fantastic . they are great. Often busy but fast
Mechanic (Nosayaba A) broke the wheel studs on my car and was in complete denial of his sloppy job… not only a terrible mechanic but also very rude, disrespectful and argumentative. Store manager Juan A was very polite and professional at the time of check in, unfortunately he had left for the day when my car was ready. No one deserves to be mistreated after giving them your business, please take your business to places that appreciate and treat customers with dignity and respect..
