Great service and very nice employees
Great customer service.
I’ll do everything I can to never use Pep Boys again. They sold me a battery that lasted 8 months and then made an attempt to bill me for a new battery clearly without checking the history of the car where they would have seen I’d made the purchase from their store. Appointment at 8 am and no update until I called at 4 pm, car done at 6. 8 hours for a battery replacement and oil change is just unacceptable.
The mechanic, Arkan is efficient, timely, he goes above and beyond and is professional. His work is ALWAYS on point and it feels good knowing the job has been done well.
