It was decent for "Pepboys" considering their reputation. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming attitudes of the mechanics. While you are waiting in line, they acknowledge you immediately and let you know they'll be right with you. They were prompt to return my calls and kept me up to date with phone calls to let me know the status of my vehicle.
