I called pep boys for a new tire for my mother as she had just gotten a flat. She purchased a full set from them a few months back. The man on the phone double checked that there was one of her tires available for purchase and would not be an issue. We had her vehicle towed. 1.76 miles via uber. 74.99 plus tax. I have been going to this Pep Boys for last 12 months, give or take. I have had my power steering pump replaced, front shocks replaced, tires replaced and honestly, I have nothing negative to say. [In my experience] Pep Boys has been professional and courteous. The work would be done in a timely manner and always explained beforehand. I still currently get my vehicle serviced here. And yeah, I may pay a little more for certain things, but hey, either way it works for me because I dislike looking for a decent car repair shop.... read more
