I spent thousands of dollars at this store car got a big door ding at this store, they told me my needed a alternator and there was nothing with the old one. Good luck with these people.
I had my car towed to the Pep Boys facility at 6515 Baltimore National Pike Catonsville, Maryland for a diagnostic and tire installation on October 10, 2015. Service manager Dwayne who accepted the vehicle neglected to tell me that Pep Boys would not service vehicle without the tags. I had literally just bought the vehicle the day before.
