I got my car fixed in a timely manner. My left rear window got stuck and wouldn’t roll back up . The motor blew out and they ordered the motor and had my car fixed within a few days. now I can roll my window up and down . I am happy it wasn’t anything electrical or serious it was something that wasn’t major and I’m thankful. The team at Randallstown was respectful and they called me to give me updates on my car. Very nice men. God bless them.

Called at 3:30 with a flat tire. I spoke directly to someone at the store, they worked to get my vehicle in before 4. I was back on the road by 4:15. Super nice crew and fast.
