I had a 8am appointment for my tires. I was leaving to catch a flight, hence why I made the first appointment. Got there at 7:58am, NO ONE IS HERE! I called to make sure it was open, gentleman answered and said they will open shortly. It was 8:15am at this point. He couldn’t give me a time. They arrived around 8:30am, walked past my vehicle and didn’t say a word. I was the ONLY VEHICLE in the parking lot! Very unprofessional, first time visiting and last!
