Came in to get 4 new tires. I got all 4 new ones put on but not securely. I had a lugnut come off of the tire the very next day. When I asked about what happened I was given the response "well it sounds like someone was trying to steal your tire". Right so instead of owning up to your mistake of not tightening all lugnuts you think someone is stealing my tire. Double zero stars for this company. I went in on Sunday to purchase a tire. i was told tire would be in after 2pm. I repeatedly told the guy i need tire today because i have business to take care of. I called and was placed on hold so long i hung up. Needleless to say tire never came. Called again Monday spoke to a different person who informed me the tire was scheduled for Wednesday delivery but he could switch it to that day for 1pm. 3:30 pm calls store back only to be told warehouse made an error and the tire wont be in u... read more
I went last Saturday after making an appointment online for AC repair. Arrived by 0730. The attendant told me they don't do AC's at that location and showed me his screen where their system booked about 10 people for 0700; yet, they aren't open at 0700. 😆 I wasn't upset with him, but the company needs to get it together. First time at a Pep Boys. Sad.
