Had a slow leak in my tire. Took it into this Pep Boys location at 8:00am, which is their opening time. I was out of there in less than an hour and they diagnosed, then patched the tire back to its "good as new" state. The front-office gentleman, Joshua, was very professional and exhibited excellent customer interaction skills. He was a pleasure to interact with. My experience at the Pep Boys on Liberty Road (accross from ihop) was awesome. I called inquiring about tires I spoke to service advisor Josh and he was great from the very beginning. My tire size is unique on my car so they weren't in stock but he assured me that he could order them and that he did. I went in later that evening to order my tires and just like that they were in the very next day. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right.
I got my car fixed in a timely manner. My left rear window got stuck and wouldn’t roll back up . The motor blew out and they ordered the motor and had my car fixed within a few days. now I can roll my window up and down . I am happy it wasn’t anything electrical or serious it was something that wasn’t major and I’m thankful. The team at Randallstown was respectful and they called me to give me updates on my car. Very nice men. God bless them.
