Good service i like this place
I called like around 9:30 am to asked for vehicle inspection for lift, and if could go now they told me yes to be there before 10 am. I got there at 9:50 am and the person at the desk told me to come back at 11 am. I don't know why they told to me to be there before 10 am just to tell me to come back. This is really poor service since they told me to be there by 10 am
Upon arrival, I was told it would be a hour and a half wait. The Rep said he would get me in as soon as he could. I was out in just under an hour. Great work Pep Boys. Thank you.
I had a 2:30 appointment to get my tires rotated when I called and came before I was told it would only take ten minutes. Once I got to my appointment they said it would take over an hour and a half because they had other cars. Yet there were no other customer in the shop, I had an appointment, and it should only have taken half an hour max. I did not get my service done with them. Plus the man at the front desk was not helpful instead looked at me like I was crazy for being suprised that it would take that long.
