Pep boys was amazing the two guys at the front desk were nothing but helpful and polite (and funny too) , my service was done quickly and correctly, and $200 less than some other quotes around.
First time taking my vehicle to Pep Boys. I had the best experience not only was the price affordable and the service was quick but everyone had the best customer service. I will continue to return to have my vehicle serviced at Pep Boys in Lancaster.
This is my third visit to Pep Boys for work on my car. The first time was after getting a huge quote from the place down the street after a brake inspection that I felt was inaccurate and padded so I came to Rafael and Reuben for a second opinion and left with correct work done on my car at $324 vs the $1600 the other place said was required!
