Technician Moi was awesome he was very friendly and had great customer service. Me and my family got a flat tire on a Sunday I put my spare Donut tire on and it only made it 5 miles before it was flat so I hitched a ride to Pep Boys tire in hand and they were able to get me a new tire Mounted and balance in 15 minutes before they closed
called 2 days prior to today, spoke to someone named "Ruben", was told i could bring my car in at 8am this saturday (which is today), then when I call back this morning to make sure, Ruben tells me suddenly to not bring my car, that they're "completely booked" with appointments. maybe dont tell people to bring in their vehicles for diagnosis if you dont actually have the space and cant commit. will not ever be giving this place my business EVER.
I made an appt for an oil change and a slow leaking tire. I was out of there in 1 hour. Service was excellent and quick. Pricing was also competetive. I will definitely be returning.
