Rick and Derrick were AMAZING!!! I thought I needed brakes, but it was actually a wheel bearing! Not a good thing to need while traveling! They got me in and out as fast as possible!!!
Beware and stay away! While checking my BRAKES... they tried telling me I needed a new AIR FILTER... same location, right? Come to find out - it wasn’t even mine! This place is a SCAM
Worst place ever they told my brother that he needed a new ignition switch for his car. That part cost 125.00 and they told him 600.00 for parts and labor. After the car sat there for and extended period of time my brother popped a new ignition fuse in and boom. Started after 11 dollars.
Purchased my tires there a year ago. I’ve made two appointments trying to get a rotation and check out why they are constantly losing air. They lost my first appointment, couldn’t find me in the system. I️ made another appointment and after 1hr 45 minute wait my car wasn’t in yet. I’m done forever
Don't ever go to Pep Boys in Joliet! They pulled a conspiracy regarding fixing our car and the prices. I have been to other ones that were ok, but not this one!!!!!
The salesman (Mike) was very informative. Pleasantly surprised. All other tire places were booked. Tried there & they went above & beyond. Thank you
