Guys knew their stuff. I came in with a serious brake issue. I knew what was wrong, they confirmed it. I couldnt leave my car, had to wait. They got the parts delivered and knocked a front brake replacement, rotors and all in @ 3 hrs. Woulda been faster, but had to wait abit for parts to arrive. Brakes were shuddering before, now theyre like new... And under warranty. Note: always check online for discount coupons available. Manager was not aware there was one available for $75.00 off... Do due dilligence...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove in and tried to get the attention of an employee, but the man working (an Asian gentleman) completely ignored me. When I approached him directly, he just said, “Go to the office.” As I started walking toward the office, another associate told me I needed to move my car into a parking space. I got back into my car, parked it, and went inside. Inside, I was told I needed to bring my car in for inspection—even though I was just told to move my car out. Went for a ac evaluation, the store manager was extremely rude no hi or anything just looked at me , I told him I had a coupon and he said they didn’t accept it in California, I called another pep boys and said they did to bring my car in , I went back in just to ask again and told them another pep boys said it was valid just and they treated me like I was dumb , and said he was only saying what the store manager was saying, never going to this shady location again
