Great customer service. Came here from the 10 freeway for an emergency tire replacement and the team were efficient, friendly and got me back on the road quickly.
I needed to find out why my car kept overheating. So I was worried about dropping my car off here but after talking to the young man who seemed to have sense and knowledge about what could be the issue with my car. I left it with confidence. When they called me to update me on the cost of parts and labor they mentioned that they got the wrong part for my car. So when they got the correct part it was $100 cheaper. That’s what really stood out to me…HONESTY! Thank you gentlemen for providing excellent service and honesty.
The waiting area was to small. And another of cobwebs everywhere. And I had a tune-up the wait time was exactly 4 hours. When my parts got delivered they sat on the counter for a hour. The manager was to lazy to get up and take it to the workers. It was very uncomfortable waiting and when I got home I was reading my reciet and it had a disclaimer for my tune-up. I don't understand what that means.
