Caledl the local pep boys number here in El Monte and the man insisted I did not call him and make the appointment he was the only one there when I actually spoke with someone showed him my call details that I spoke with the person for 5 minutes we made a appointment and now this man tells me he's backed up when he has three cars in 10 stalls and he's backed up? Ridiculous now I have to go find another place which I'll be happy to beings obviously they don't have enough staff to do more than three cars at a time. Unpleasant ... read more
