If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove in and tried to get the attention of an employee, but the man working (an Asian gentleman) completely ignored me. When I approached him directly, he just said, “Go to the office.” As I started walking toward the office, another associate told me I needed to move my car into a parking space. Went for a ac evaluation, the store manager was extremely rude no hi or anything just looked at me , I told him I had a coupon and he said they didn’t accept it in California, I called another pep boys and said they did to bring my car in , I went back in just to ask again and told them another pep boys said it was valid just and they treated me like I was dumb , and said he was only saying what the store manager was saying, never going to this shady location again
It takes so long for them to do simple service and there incompetence is amazing. Go anywhere else.
